Troubleshooting common install errors

Most installation problems have a simple fix. Find your error below and follow the steps.

"Parse error" or "App not installed"

This usually means the APK file downloaded incompletely. Delete the file from your Downloads folder and download it again on a stable Wi-Fi connection. Make sure you have at least 60 MB of free storage before starting.

"Install blocked — unknown sources"

Android requires a one-time permission to install APK files. Go to Settings → Security → Install unknown apps, select your browser (Chrome or Firefox), and turn on "Allow from this source". Then open the APK again.

"Conflicting package" when updating

If a very old version of 365in is installed, the updater may conflict. Uninstall the old app first (your account is stored on the server, not the device), then install v4.2.1 fresh. Log in with your existing credentials.

App crashes immediately after launch

Restart your phone once, then reopen the app. If it still crashes, the file may be corrupted — delete and re-download. Make sure your Android version is 5.0 or newer (check in Settings → About phone).

Screen is blank or games won't load

The app requires an active internet connection with sufficient speed. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi if possible. If the problem persists, clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → 365in → Storage → Clear Cache.

UPI payment showing "pending"

Deposits typically complete in under 60 seconds on UPI. If your payment shows pending, do not initiate a second payment. Wait 5 minutes and check your wallet balance. If the amount is still not credited, contact support at affiliate@get365in.net.

Is the 365in APK safe to install?

Is there an iOS version?

365in works on iOS through the mobile web — open the platform in Safari and use "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like shortcut on your iPhone or iPad. The native APK download on this page is for Android devices running Android 5.0 or newer.

How do I update to the latest version?

When a new version is available, the app will prompt you on launch with a one-tap update option. You can also return to this page anytime and download the latest APK (currently v4.2.1). Installing the new APK over the existing app preserves your account, balance, and bonuses — nothing is lost.

Will installing the app affect my phone's security?

No. The 365in APK does not request unnecessary permissions and does not access your contacts, camera or microphone. The only permissions required are internet access (for game streaming and payments) and storage access (for saving temporary game data). Review the permission list during install to confirm this.

How much storage and data does the app use?

The APK install file is 28.4 MB. After installation and initial setup, the app occupies roughly 45–60 MB of device storage. My APK won't open after downloading. What do I do?

First, check that the download completed fully — the file should be exactly 28.4 MB. If it is smaller, delete and re-download. Then make sure "Install unknown apps" is enabled for your browser (see Step 2 above). If you still can't open it, restart your device and try once more. Can I play on multiple devices with one account?

Yes. Your 365in account is stored on the server, so you can install the app on multiple Android devices and log in with the same credentials. For security, only one active session is permitted at a time — logging in on a second device will end the session on the first.
